Apartments Ink accommodation: the hotel rooms and apartments.

Apartments Ink offer a variety of accommodation including: hotel studios for short stays, fully self-contained one-bedroom apartments ideal for business travellers as well as two-bedroom deluxe apartments. The hotel will happily discuss your individual needs thus providing full satisfaction for your accommodation requirements.

The hotel has 24 hour front desk service, daily housekeeping service, ensuite bathrooms, apartments with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and whilst Apartments Ink welcome long term stays there is no minimum stay requirement.

Additional to this Apartments Ink provides free onsite parking and free broadband internet access included in the rate..

Corporate, weekly and monthly rates are available on application.

360 degree virtual tours of the apartments.

Click on the picture on the left to take 360 degree virtual tours of three of our apartments. The tours will show you just how spacious the rooms are and how stylish the furnishings and fittings are. You can move around each room or click on the 'hotspots' to go from from one room to another. You can even go out on the balcony to take in the view.

Check In & Check Out times.

Check in time is 2 pm (1400 hrs). Accommodation cannot be guaranteed before 2pm, but we will store luggage and provide car parking if required prior to this time. (If requiring an early check-in please request in advance.

Check out time is 11 am (11000 hrs).

Children and extra guests.

Please note that we are unable to put extra beds into our apartments so be sure to tell us what you need in advance.

Children under the age of 12 years stay free of charge in existing bedding. Cots, high chairs and baby baths are provided free of charge but must be arranged prior to your arrival. Baby strollers are available for $15 per day.

Secure on-site car parking.

Parking can often be a problem in the inner-city areas. Some hotel parking isn't even on-site; instead you might have a short walk from the garage to your hotel which isn't always convenient (especially when you've been out shopping or have children). We don't have that problem. Secure on-site parking is available for every apartment for a nominal fee. Garaging is underneath the building with lifts that will take you straight to your rooms.

Attention to detail.

Because we're new, all our furniture and fittings are new. We haven't compromised one bit. You can expect to find the same amenities you'd find in any other luxury hotel in London, New York, Milan or Melbourne. The LCD televisions and DVD players are top quality; the sheets are Egyptian Cotton and the shampoos and soaps are by Molton Brown.

A 20 minute tram ride to the City (and everywhere else).

A short walk will take you to the St Kilda Road tram. By tram you can get to most of Melbourne's main attractions including The Arts Centre, Federation Square, The Botanic Gardens, The Malthouse Theatre, The National Gallery and of course the heart of the City. The tram ride to the city, along St Kilda Road, takes around 20 minutes or around 35 minutes in heavy traffic.

Getting here from the airport.

Apartments Ink is easy to locate on Inkerman Street. We are between St Kilda Road and Chapel Street, opposite Marriott Street right next to the Aldi Food Store. You can locate us on Melways map 58 C10.

If you are driving from the airport, simply take the freeway into the city, continuing over the Bolte Bridge, bear left at the off ramp leading onto the Westgate Freeway. Follow this until bearing left at the Queens Road exit. Once on Queens Road stay in the left hand lane, turn left at Union Street then turn right at St Kilda Road. Follow St Kilda Road then turn left at Inkerman Street. The hotel is located 100 metres on the right. A taxi will cost around $60-$70 depending on the time of day you travel. Chauffeured transport is also available at $65 each way but needs to be booked in advance. Alternatively, Star Bus will pick you up or drop you at our front door for $25 per person.
